Lori Rigby is an experienced compliance officer currently serving in the Water Utilities department for the City of Oceanside since June 2016. This role involves managing various regulatory compliance areas, including water and wastewater management, Title 22, recycled water, and air pollution regulations. Prior to this position, Lori worked as a compliance analyst for IDE Americas at the Carlsbad Desalination Plant, where responsibilities included developing regulatory programs and employee training. Lori’s career also includes significant experience as an operations lead and supervisor at Veolia Water, where management of wastewater treatment processes and personnel occurred, as well as earlier roles focused on project management and environmental monitoring. Lori earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Sonoma State University.
