Keegan M. Bell, CFRE has extensive experience in the fundraising and development field, having worked in the sector since 2003. In 2005, they were hired as the Associate Director of Annual Giving at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, where they initiated a new role to develop mid-level Circles giving program, raising $600,000 annually. Keegan M. was then promoted to Manager of Development at Alzheimer's Family Services Center in 2003, where they helped raise annual funding more than 35%. In 2008, Bell was recruited as the Associate Director of Resource Development at Opera Pacific, where they developed comprehensive fundraising/marketing strategies to launch a new Opera festival business model. Keegan M. then moved to Catalina Island Conservancy in 2009 as the Director of Annual Giving, where they redefined and led growth in the organization's annual membership funding by 30%. In 2011, Bell was hired as the Chief Development Officer and Director of Development at The Wooden Floor, where they used a long-term approach grounded in exploratory dance education to foster the resources within each child. In 2018, they became the Executive Director of the Foundation at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center, and in 2020, they took on the role of Executive Vice President at Irvine Public Schools Foundation.
Keegan M. Bell, CFRE graduated from the University of San Francisco in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and writing. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification from CFRE International, and was recognized by the same institution in September 2013.
