Zachary Winger is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing multi-million dollar renovation projects across the Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona regions. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Irvine Company since November 2017, Zachary has previously held key roles including Regional Construction Manager at Standard Property Company and Redwood Construction, where responsibilities included overseeing project managers and collaborating with designers, architects, and engineers. Starting as an Estimator/Project Engineer at Cooper Engineering, Zachary demonstrated strong financial acumen by significantly increasing company revenue. Zachary earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
