Jorge Luis Montoro Fajardo is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network and communications management. Currently serving as a Specialist in Networks and Communications at IRTP - Tv Perú since September 2011, responsibilities include administration of Windows and Linux servers, communication equipment, bandwidth management, and network monitoring. Prior experience includes roles such as Corporate Communications Administrator at La Positiva Seguros y Reaseguros and Project Engineer at INGENIUM Soluciones Informáticas Perú SA. Jorge held the position of Computing Manager at ONPE, overseeing computer center operations and training personnel, and also served as Head of IT at Provias Nacional, where Jorge Luis managed hardware and software resources. Education includes a diploma in Project and Quality Management from Instituto para la Calidad - PUCP and a degree in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
