Jérôme Royan is a VR/AR/AI Senior Scientist and Principal Architect specializing in augmented and virtual reality at IRT b-com since February 2016, focusing on bridging industry and research through innovative projects. Previously, Jérôme led an R&D laboratory at IRT B <> Com, managing immersive interaction developments from August 2013 to January 2016. Earlier experience includes a research engineer role at France Télécom R&D from September 2005 to August 2013, where Jérôme worked on various advanced research projects in urban visualization and 3D technologies. During the PhD program at France Telecom R&D from 2002 to 2005, Jérôme concentrated on 3D streaming for urban modelling. Jérôme's academic credentials include an engineer's degree in Computer Science from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rennes and a Deug 2 in Mathematics and Computer Science from University Rennes 1.
