As the Founder of IMPCT Group and MCON, Waco actively fosters connection and celebration within the military community. Waco also serves as Chair of the Be The One initiative at The American Legion, the largest veteran service organization in the U.S. In addition to advisory roles with multiple organizations including INK Games and Feathr, Waco is a Managing Partner at XPERIENTIAL GROUP and a Board Member of Irreverent Warriors, focusing on veteran mental health.
