Michael Daly is a Behavioral Scientist at Irrational Labs since July 2023, previously serving as a Behavioral Researcher at The Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University from July 2019 to June 2023. In earlier roles, Michael worked as a Research Analyst at CEB (now Gartner) from July 2017 to July 2018, where responsibilities included designing and analyzing quantitative studies on customer behavior and loyalty, as well as translating findings into actionable insights for CX leaders. Michael began a research career as a Research Assistant at WFU Department of Psychology from August 2015 to May 2017, and completed a Project Management Internship at Rodgers Builders, Inc. from May 2016 to August 2016. Academically, Michael holds a Master's degree in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Wake Forest University, along with completing a Summer Management Program at Wake Forest University School of Business.
