Conor Malaney has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 as an Assistant Manager at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers. Conor then transitioned to the real estate industry and worked at various companies such as Ironstate Development Company, Veris Residential, and Roseland, a Mack-Cali Company. At Roseland, they held multiple roles including Leasing Specialist, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Area Director. Throughout their career, Conor has demonstrated notable accomplishments such as achieving a favorable NOI variance in a struggling market and implementing efficient systems. Currently, Conor is serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Ironstate Development Company.

Conor Malaney pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2007 to 2009.
