Dave Perretz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dave is the Founder of The Fund CXO, where they specialize in helping emerging fund managers improve their metrics and drive returns. Dave is also the Head of Finance at Ironspring Ventures. Previously, they worked as a Principal at Airstream Alpha and as the Head of Operations at 2ULaundry, where they successfully built the highest revenue grossing and most profitable laundromat in North Carolina within a year. Before that, they served as a Program Associate & Startup Consultant at Techstars and as a Private Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where they developed a passion for early-stage venture investments. Dave also has experience in the military, having served as the Director of Strategy & Implementation for the 4th Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division and as the General Manager/Commander of an Airborne Training Company at the U.S. Army Airborne School. Dave Perretz started their career as a Platoon Leader and Executive Officer at 1st Battalion, 506th Infantry.

Dave Perretz graduated from the University of Virginia in 2006 with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs. Afterward, they pursued further education and enrolled in the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2013 to 2015, where they were a candidate for an MBA. Dave'sstudies at UNC focused on Finance, Operations, and Investments. In addition to their educational qualifications, Dave Perretz obtained a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst certification from the CAIA Association in March 2017. Dave also holds a Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), although the specific date of acquisition is not provided.
