Neer P. has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Student Supervisor role at Bursley Dining Hall in 2011. Neer then worked as a Summer Sales and Application Engineer at MAHLE in 2012 and Kamax LP in 2013. In 2014, Neer P. held roles as a Strategic Market Analytics Co-Op for DTE Electric Company and an R&D Intern for Graco Children's Products. Neer then returned to DTE Electric Company in 2015 as a Special Projects Contractor and Strategic Market Analytics Co-Op (2nd Term). In 2016, Neer P. joined QGenda as a Supervisor, Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Consultant and Anesthesia Customer Success Consultant. Most recently, Neer P. has been working as an Account Manager at Uncountable Inc. and Global Renewals Sales Manager at IRONSCALES since 2022.

Neer P. attended the University of Michigan Ann Arbor College of Engineering, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.
