Arik Assayag has been working in the business world since 2001. Arik began their career as a Sales and Marketing expert, working as a self-employed consultant. In 2017, they became the Owner and President of ARIC SARL, an organization focused on helping Africa create food independence. That same year, they also became the Director of Marketing and Sales for Koral Consulting. In 2018, they joined IRONSCALES as the Business Development Director and TripleP as the VP of Sales. In 2009, they were the Business Development Director for DoubleYou. In 2017, they became the Sales Director for Harmony and in 2010, they became the VP Sales for Votiro. In 2016, they founded Lion Group and in 2021, they became the Co-Founder & Advisor to the Board and Co-Founder and CEO of Kayran.

Arik Assayag obtained a BA in Business Management from the University of Derby, Israel between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Practical Engineer degree in Electronics, Electrical and Computing from the IAF Technical College between 1993 and 1995.
