Sue Saavedra has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Ironman 4x4 since October 2016, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies and managing employee relations. Prior to this role, Sue worked at Heat Group as the Human Resources & Payroll Manager, providing strategic advice and managing HR policies and systems. Sue's experience also includes consulting as an HR Consultant for Professional Diving Services and holding the position of National HR Manager at A&L, where engagement and safety systems were key focuses. Earlier in a career at GEON print & communications solutions, Sue functioned as HR Regional Manager, overseeing employee development and HR budgeting. Educational qualifications comprise a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Deakin University, a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training from the Australian Institute of Management, and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the National Safety Council of Australia.
