Ryan Rochel is an experienced engineering and product development leader with a strong background in the mechanical engineering sector. Currently serving as Vice President of New Product Development and Engineering at Attach Acquisition HoldCo, LLC since January 2023, Ryan previously held the position of Vice President of New Product Development at Continental Disc Corporation from February 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing product development for multiple brands and managing global teams. Earlier in Ryan's career, a significant tenure at Caterpillar Inc. involved various roles including Engineering Supervisor and Senior Product Consultant, focusing on design engineering and new product initiatives. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA from Aurora University.
