Jarrett Shapiro is an experienced professional in customer success, consultancy, and compliance, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Ironclad since January 2022. Prior to this role, Shapiro worked as a Senior Consultant in Advisory at Deloitte and held various positions at Wells Fargo, including Operational Risk Consultant and Financial Crimes Consultant. Additional experience includes serving as an AVP, Senior Compliance Analyst at Citi and an Investigator in Financial Crimes Compliance at HSBC. Shapiro began a legal career as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC, and gained early experience in sports management and compliance through internships with the NFL Players Association and the Philadelphia Eagles. Academically, Shapiro holds a J.D. from Penn State Law and multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sport Management from Drexel University.
