Katherine Taylor, MHA has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Katherine began their career in 2010 as a Senior Integrated Services Specialist at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. Katherine then became a Senior Eligibility Consultant, where they were responsible for working all address tasks for both Medicare Part D and Part C, mentoring for CCP and PDP, and serving as the CCP point person for questions from the team. In 2022, they began working at IronArch Technology as a Web Application Trainer/Tester.

Katherine Taylor, MHA attained a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from Robert Morris University between 2016 and 2018. Katherine also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration from the same university between 2009 and 2014. Prior to that, Katherine Taylor, MHA attended Radford University between 1997 and 2001 and studied Biology, General. Additionally, they have obtained two Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications from the Scrum Alliance in July 2022.
