Nitin Sathe has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel at IPI Partners since December 2016 and as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Iron Point Partners, LLC since September 2013. Prior to these roles, Nitin worked as an attorney at Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. from 2003 to 2013 and completed a clerkship at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from 2002 to 2003. Nitin earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law (1999-2002) and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Georgia (1994-1998).
