David Velasco is an experienced professional in commercial real estate investments and management. Currently serving as an Associate at Iron Point Partners, LLC since November 2019, David previously held the position of Senior Analyst. Prior to that role, David worked at MIMCO, Inc. from September 2017 to November 2019 as an Acquisitions Analyst and began as an Acquisitions Intern. David's earlier experience includes a position as a Real Estate Asset Management Summer Analyst at Starwood Property Trust in June 2016 and an internship at Morgan Stanley in May 2014. David holds a degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
