Zach Horn is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in sales enablement and effectiveness across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Global Sales Enablement at Iron Mountain since May 2016, Zach has successfully expanded the sales enablement program globally, growing the team by over 200% and directing a significant transformation towards a customer outcome-based business model. Previously, Zach held the role of Director of Sales Effectiveness at Iron Mountain following the acquisition of Recall, where skills in communication and leadership were key in enhancing sales team performance. At Recall, Zach functioned as Director of Sales Force Effectiveness, developing impactful sales strategies, and as Sr. Regional Sales Manager, managing significant revenue growth. Earlier career experience includes roles at Ricoh Americas Corporation as Area Sales Manager and Sr. Account Executive. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Trinity University.
