Tracey Crowell currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Benefits, Wellbeing & Mobility at Iron Mountain since June 2021. Previously, Tracey held the roles of Director of Benefits at VF Corporation, leading the strategy and design for employee benefits across multiple brands from May 2018 to June 2021, and Head of Global Benefits and North America Payroll at Haemonetics from May 2017 to April 2018. Tracey spent over 18 years at Fidelity Investments, culminating in the position of Vice President of Benefits Strategy, where significant contributions to health and wellbeing benefits earned the company multiple awards. Early career experiences include roles at Towers Perrin and AACAP. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from Providence College, completed in 1991.
