Runa Singha currently serves as Talent Acquisition Lead at Iron Mountain since January 2022, following a role as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at DeliverHealth from March 2021 to January 2022, which continued from Nuance Communications, where Runa held a similar position from June 2017 to March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as RPO Lead Recruiter at Nityo Infotech from June 2015 to May 2017 and Branch Incharge at ITM Group of Institutions from December 2012 to April 2015. Runa began a career in recruitment as an IT Recruiter at Allegis Group and worked at Infosys BPO as a Process Executive. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a B.Com. in Human Resources Management and Services from Guwahati Commerce College.
