Ralf Reich is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the technology and services sectors, currently serving as Chairman of the Board for Iron Mountain Sweden AB and as Managing Director for Iron Mountain Deutschland GmbH since November 2022. Ralf holds the position of Commercial Vice President for Northern Europe at Iron Mountain, overseeing operations in the DACH region, Nordics, and Poland since April 2022. Previous positions include Vice President of Sales at SoftServe, Head of Continental Europe at Mindtree, and Vice President and Regional Head DACH at Wipro Technologies. Ralf's career began at IBM, and Ralf holds a Diplom in Mathematics from the University of Cologne.
