Korak Bhaduri is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Xenon Partners, managing daily sales, customer support, and technology operations for multiple portfolio companies, including TeamPassword, Iron.io, and RingCaptcha. Previously, Korak held the position of Director at Orfik Soil (OPC) Private Limited, where successful project execution included land procurement and marketing of organic agro-products. Co-founding and serving as COO at BZBMart involved developing logistics strategies and market research. Korak also participated in the Discover Praxis bootcamp and has experience as a Visiting Lecturer at FBS Business School. Academic credentials include a Doctoral Program in Management, Economics and Public Policy from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
