Ryan Q. began their work experience in 2009 as a Web Content Director/Editor at Leap Anywhere, where they worked until 2010. Following that, they worked as a Filmmaker & Videographer under their own company, Ryan Quadri, from 2010 onwards. In 2015, they joined IROKO Partners Limited as a Senior Video Editor/Content Operations Specialist. Ryan then progressed to become the Head Of Content Operations in December 2019, where they currently hold the position.

Ryan Q. studied at London Metropolitan University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film & Broadcast Production.
