Jacquelyn Swindell has been in the customer experience field for over 6 years. Jacquelyn began their career in 2015 as an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks. In 2021, they joined iROCKER Inc. as Manager, Customer Experience. Jacquelyn has since held the roles of Customer Experience Supervisor and Customer Experience Lead.
Jacquelyn Swindell obtained an Associate's degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2020. Jacquelyn is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University.
