Ravikanth Bhusani has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ravikanth started their career as a Software Engineer at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd in 2004, where they worked on C# and SQL technical specifications for the BFSI domain. Ravikanth then joined Ideaentity Pvt Ltd in 2007 as a Senior Software Engineer before moving on to FactSet in 2009. At FactSet, Ravikanth served as a Senior Software Engineer and later as a Team Leader, working on the Workflow product and providing business solutions to Operations teams.

In 2014, Ravikanth worked as an IT Consultant at Synergy Global Services ING. Ravikanth then joined Cigniti Technologies in 2015 as an Architect, where they were involved in business analysis, requirements analysis, and developing solutions for various modules. In the same year, they also began working at iRobot, first as a Senior Automation Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer in Test. In these roles, Ravikanth focused on mobile app QA, automation using Appium and Seetest, and robots and cloud communication through mobile apps. Ravikanth'smost recent position at iRobot is Principal Software Engineer in Test.

Ravikanth Bhusani completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Vasavi College of Engineering in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh from 2000 to 2004. After a break, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Ravikanth has also obtained two certifications: "Communicating with Confidence" from LinkedIn in March 2023, and "Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader" from LinkedIn in October 2022.
