Gianna Zheng, Executive MBA, serves as the Director of Human Resources at iRobot since June 2016, where notable achievements include establishing six new teams across APAC countries and providing strategic support to senior leadership. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at Siemens PLM Software, where successful APAC integration and office development were key accomplishments, and HR Generalist at HP, where a 200-employee development team was built in under six months. Earlier roles also include HR Specialist at BearingPoint, contributing to significant company growth, and Recruiter at Vishay Intertechnology. Gianna holds an EMBA from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a certificate in Excellence in Financial Leadership from The Wharton School, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Shanghai University.
