Marlies Korenblek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HRM and payroll consulting, currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at Irixs since February 2021, following previous roles within the company as a Consultant and Junior Consultant. Prior to Irixs, Marlies worked at Payroll Select from July 2016 to February 2021, where responsibilities included roles in hours administration, servicedesk, and contract administration. Marlies also briefly held the position of Operations Employee at Hedi International BV in early 2016 and began the career at Payroll Select in operations from May 2014 to December 2015. Academically, Marlies holds a Master's degree in Organisational Design and Development and a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde, both obtained from Radboud University.
