James Morris has extensive experience in financial risk management, currently serving as Executive Manager for Group Financial Risk at Irish Life since May 2017, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Prior to Irish Life, James worked as an Actuarial Consultant at EY from May 2015 to May 2017, and started their career as a Trainee Actuary at Canada Life Assurance Europe plc from July 2012 to April 2015, along with an internship as an Actuarial Intern at Standard Life in early 2011. James holds a degree in Actuarial & Financial Studies from University College Dublin, completed between 2008 and 2012, and received earlier education at St. Mary's Secondary School Edenderry from 2002 to 2008.
