Joseph McCarron is an experienced Chemical Engineer currently working at Irish Cement Limited since March 2023. Prior to this role, McCarron served as a Process Engineer at XOCEAN from January 2022 to March 2023 and held the position of Process Team Manager and Process Engineer at ASR Group from September 2016 to January 2022, where expertise in sugar refining and operational oversight was demonstrated. With a strong background in project management, process commissioning, and control system modifications, McCarron also gained leadership experience at Kerry as a Production Group Lead from August 2014 to September 2016, managing a large team across multiple production lines. McCarron holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, earned between 2010 and 2014.
