Rebecca Swann MCIPPdip is a seasoned project manager currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at IRIS Software Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca spent six years at Mazars in the UK, where responsibilities included Client Manager for National Payroll Services, Assistant Manager, and Payroll Supervisor. At Strictly Education Ltd, Rebecca held positions as Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Officer from September 2014 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes a seven-year tenure at Santander UK as a Customer Service Representative and a role as a Receptionist at Tesco from 2004 to 2007. Rebecca obtained a CIPP Foundation degree in payroll management from the University of Worcester and is certified by The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
