Fiona Broad MCIPP dip is an experienced Payroll Manager currently working at VIVID since January 2023. Previously, Fiona held the role of Payroll Bureau Team Leader at IRIS Software Group from May 2020 to January 2023, managing a team of nine Payroll Managers and overseeing a portfolio of over 200 clients. Prior to that, Fiona was a Payroll Manager at FMP Global, successfully processing UK payrolls and implementing streamlined processes, and worked as a School Business Manager at West Sussex County Council, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Fiona's extensive experience in payroll management began at Mercer, where Fiona held both team leader and administrative roles, significantly improving payroll processes and team performance. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Payroll Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human and Physical Geography from the University of Reading.
