Ryan R. currently serves as a Missionary at Iris Global since February 2024. Previously, Ryan held roles as a Project Engineer at HUVEPHARMA, INC from July 2023 to December 2023, and at Sea + Summit Solutions from August 2022 to July 2023. Ryan also worked as a Process Improvement Manager at C. R. Metal Products from June 2020 to May 2022 and had a brief stint as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Empire Comfort Systems in early 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Chick-fil-A-Franchise for over five years and completing internships at Ameren as an Engineering Management Co-Op and Hunter Engineering Company as an Industrial Engineering Co-Op. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (2017-2020) and an Associate of Engineering Science - AES in Industrial Engineering from Southwestern Illinois College (2016-2018). Education was completed at Belleville East High School from 2011 to 2015.
