Fernando Caviedes is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management and education. Currently serving as the CEO of Iridian since May 2011, Fernando focuses on maintaining the team's vision and ambition during challenges and leads the organization globally. Previously, Fernando held the position of Professor at Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería, teaching Business Plan and Innovation from January 2010 to September 2012. Additionally, as General Manager at Haiko Natural from January 2006 to June 2009, Fernando was involved in product development and collaborated with major retail chains. Fernando's early career includes an internship as a Data Analyst at Ultraserfinco, where reporting for stock brokers and developing investment fund comparison applications were key responsibilities. Fernando's educational background includes a degree in Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito.
