Julie Rodda, PhD, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of People & Culture at iRhythm Technologies, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rodda held multiple positions at Illumina from April 2019 to March 2023, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Global Talent Management & Development. Rodda's extensive experience in talent management includes leadership positions at Nordstrom, Starbucks, Pfizer, and Hospira, focusing on areas such as talent management transformation, employee listening strategy, and leadership development. Rodda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University, a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, and has completed the Talent Management Institute program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
