Nicolo Purificacion has an extensive work experience spanning over many years. Nicolo currently serves as an Engineering Team Lead at Iress since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Agility Concept as a Scrum Master from October 2021 to November 2022. Before that, they were a Digital Scrum Master at Jetstar Airways from August 2018 to October 2021, where they played a crucial role in the organization's Scrum adoption while leading and coaching the team.

Nicolo also worked at Accenture Australia from June 2011 to July 2018, where they held various positions such as Scrum Master Manager, Delivery Lead, and Dev Lead. Nicolo was involved in multiple projects, including New Payments Platform, for one of the Big 4 banks.

In 2009, Nicolo worked as an IT Specialist at IBM Solutions Delivery, Incoporated, handling enhancements and support for a manufacturing system. Nicolo also completed a Java 5 migration project. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at GXS from May 2008 to October 2009, working with the maintenance team on change requests and production issues using the company's proprietary framework.

At the beginning of their career, Nicolo served as a Software Developer at Pointwest from June 2005 to May 2008. Nicolo worked on various projects involving web development, utilizing Struts, Oracle, and JSP.

Nicolo Purificacion completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at De La Salle University from 2000 to 2004. Nicolo also obtained additional certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org and SAFe 4 Certified Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. The PSPO I certification was obtained in 2019, while the SAFe 4 Certified Scrum Master certification was obtained in September 2017.
