Bixuan Liu's work experience begins in 2014 with an internship at the Rubin Museum of Art. They then worked as a Chinese Instructor at Fordham University and New York University in 2014 and 2015, respectively. Liu joined iResearch in 2016 as a Business Development professional for Overseas Market and Investment Advisory. They later held roles as a Senior Business Executive, Business Director, and currently serve as the Business Director of Corporate Service & Investment Advisory at iResearch.

Bixuan Liu pursued a Bachelor's degree in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (Linguistics) from Minzu University of China from 2008 to 2012. Following this, between 2012 and 2014, they attended Columbia University, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in East Asia Studies (History). In 2022, Bixuan Liu enrolled in Harvard Business School Online and completed a Specialization in Strategy, which concluded in 2023.
