Jan Jaap van Roon has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jan Jaap founded IreckonU in 2014 and served as the CEO and Founder. Prior to that, they were CEO and Founder of Ireckon! starting in 2010. In addition, they founded Ireckon Water in 2014.

Jan Jaap van Roon was also a Co-founder of the Olympic Stadium Cycling Network initiative, where they worked alongside Steven Rooks and Mark Voermans. Jan Jaap started their involvement in this project in June 2014.

In terms of previous positions, Jan Jaap van Roon was a CTO at an unknown company from 2007 to 2011. Jan Jaap also worked as a Business Analyst IS at T-Mobile Netherlands B.V. from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Ordina from 2002 to 2004 and as a Software Designer Engineer at Microsoft Corporation from 2001 to 2002.

Jan Jaap van Roon's education history includes attending Utrecht University from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Technische Informatica (Technical Informatics) and acquired the title of Drs. Additionally, during the same period, they also studied Mathematics at the University of Utrecht, earning a degree of IR (Mathematics).
