Noopur Kaushik began their work experience in 2012 as an Engineer at Dish Infra Services Private Limited. Noopur worked in this role for nearly seven years, until February 2019. In February 2019, they joined Irdeto as a Test Engineer. Noopur later advanced to the role of Senior Test Engineer in April 2022 and is currently in this position.

Noopur Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from GNIT Girls Institute of Technology in India. In addition, they have obtained certification in the Foundation Level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in February 2020.
