Mouad Errafay has had several work experiences in different companies and roles. Mouad started their career at STAD in 2014, working on a industrial project. In 2015, they worked on a personal project, creating a customizable Android application for controlling micro-controller cards via Bluetooth.

In 2016, Errafay worked as a developer at Le Citadingue, where they developed an Android application that presented recommended places in Marseille. Mouad also worked at Groupe SEB as part of their R&D team, focusing on IoT ecosystems. During this time, they researched IoT protocols for smart homes and implemented the Alljoyn solution, creating Android test applications and evaluating its performance.

From 2016 to 2018, Errafay worked at SNCF in the Innovation & Research department. Mouad was responsible for designing and developing prototypes for applications and services related to traveler experience. Mouad also explored emerging technologies, attended industry events, and actively networked with various stakeholders.

Currently, Errafay is employed at Irdeto since 2018. Initially, they worked as a Software Engineer for Android TV until October 2020. Mouad then transitioned into the role of a Product Owner for Android TV, where they are currently responsible for managing and prioritizing product features and requirements.

Throughout their career, Errafay has gained expertise in mobile development, IoT, Android, Bluetooth connectivity, and software engineering in general.

Mouad Errafay attended the Ecole nationale supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a specialization in embedded systems, mobility, and security. Before that, they studied at Lycée Aristide Briand from 2011 to 2013, where they completed classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles in the PCSI/PC program.
