Michael started as a Senior Platform Engineer, leading various engineering tasks related to iQ3 Head End Systems Design, CA Systems, and broadcast systems integration. Michael later became the Access Platforms Support Manager, overseeing integration phases and assessing system functionalities. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Platform Operations & Support Manager, where they led multiple teams and vendors in delivering business features and meeting customer needs. Finally, as the Head of Platform Operations & Support, they continued to manage and support platform operations at Irdeto.
