Mohinder Singh is an experienced civil engineer with a robust background in railway projects and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Executive Director and Project Director at Ircon International Ltd. since December 2020, Mohinder focuses on planning and executing the Sivok to Rangpo Railway Project, which involves extensive tunneling and bridge construction. Prior to this role, Mohinder spent nearly 30 years at Indian Railways, holding various positions including Chief Bridge Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the management of bridge and tunnel operations and safety in the Northeast Frontier Railway. Notable achievements include overseeing the successful commissioning of the Bogibeel Rail cum Road Bridge Project. Mohinder's career also includes earlier roles at the Central Water Commission and Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, Mohinder holds a Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Management and Engineering and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
