J. Wesley (Wes) Robinson Jr. holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School and a BA in History from Loyola University Maryland, complemented by a high school diploma from Princeton Day School. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management at IRCA Group since July 2024, Wes previously excelled in senior supply chain roles at Mativ and Newell Brands, where responsibilities included leading demand and supply planning for multi-million dollar business units. Wes has extensive experience across various industries, having held significant positions at Pinnacle Foods, Honeywell, Integra LifeSciences, Belden Inc., Carrier Corporation, and as a Logistics Officer in the US Army for over 22 years. Notable achievements include the training of 256 personnel in process improvement methodologies and the management of substantial inventory and logistics operations across multiple organizations.
