Kristy Spain has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as an Administrative Assistant at BRUNNERWORKS in 2005. Kristy then worked as an Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from 2007 to 2009, followed by a role as a Fashion Consultant / Sales Associate at White House Black Market in 2009. In 2010, they began their tenure at Bosch, where they held three roles, including Human Resources Partner, Office Administrator / HR Assistant, and Office Coordinator / Executive Assistant to the CEO. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist at Petuum, Inc. Finally, they are currently working as a Human Resources Manager at IRALOGIX.

Kristy Spain earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Social Science with a Minor in Information Science from PennWest California.
