Tim Shap has a robust background in service delivery management and technical services, accumulated over several decades in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Since March 2016, Tim Shap has served as the Director of Service Delivery Management and Business Partner at IQVIA. Prior to this role, Tim Shap spent over 20 years at IMS Health, where positions included Director of Technical Services and IT Manager. Tim Shap's academic foundation was established at the University of Kent, where studies took place from 1978 to 1981.
