Sarath Surya holds an MBA from Purdue University, an MS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Madras. Currently serving as Associate Director of AI Development in the Analytics Center of Excellence at IQVIA since October 2024, Sarath leads initiatives in big data analytics. Previous roles include Principal Engineering Manager at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, where Sarath managed a global team focusing on next-generation retail analytics, and Senior Software Engineering Manager at Siemens PLM Software, contributing to IoT and cloud analytics. Sarath has also worked at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Manager of Software Development, at Hewlett Packard Enterprise with various software roles, and at Ericsson as a Senior Software Engineer, showcasing extensive experience across multiple industries and technologies.
