Trisha Ross Torres currently serves as the Information Technology Implementation Manager at Sunrose California Eatery since August 2023 and as a Senior Outreach Specialist at Callifi since April 2023. Previously, Trisha held the position of Virtual Assistant at Anytime VA's from February 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included real-estate cold calling and administrative tasks. Earlier experience includes serving as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at iQor and as an English Second Language Teacher at Amazing Talk from February 2020 to February 2022, focusing on coursework organization and student assessment. Trisha also worked as a Customer Service Associate II at Concentrix in 2019, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving complaints while pitching products and services. Trisha holds a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from La Carlota City College, completed in March 2018.
