Anil Kanth started their career in 2011 as a Technical Recruiter at Trans Global Geomatics, where they were responsible for placing the bench consultants, understanding job requirements, and identifying sources of potential consultants in the market. In 2012, they joined iSoftsolutions Inc as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they collected new consultants data and handled them to the marketing team, collected requirements from respective job portals and clients, and analyzed the requirements to understand what type of person the client was looking for that opening. In 2014, they moved to Cbit Technologies as an Account Manager.
