With prior roles including Senior Vice President of HR and Global Recruiting and Vice President of HR and Recruitment, Fleurette has extensive expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and employee engagement. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services as Associate Vice President and Philippines BPS Delivery Head, as well as at Capital One and HSBC, demonstrating a strong background in operations and customer service management. Fleurette's career began in training and academics, with a degree in B.S. Mathematics, Major in Computer Science from the University of Santo Tomas.
