Avi François Polak has extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Avi François currently serves as the Head of Revenue (CCO) at IQONIQ, a SaaS fan engagement platform targeting the Sport & Entertainment world. Prior to this, they were the Director & Co-Founder of NGAGE SPORTEK, where they created a proprietary SaaS loyalty gaming platform and secured exclusive agreements with top professional sports leagues in Europe.

Avi also held positions at Magic Software Enterprises, where they served as the Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region, overseeing sales activities and focusing on new B2G/B2B customers. Avi François also held the role of VP Sales & Partnerships at the same company.

Before that, they worked at Emoze as the VP Business Development, leading global business activities for the Embedded Software business unit. Under their leadership, the unit transformed into a profitable entity with significant SaaS revenues. Avi François also held the position of Head of Sales during their tenure at Emoze.

Earlier in their career, Avi worked at I-Com Mobile, where they served as the Director of Business Development and was responsible for developing regional channels and initiating live trials with major mobile network operators.

Avi François also had a role at 013 Netvision as the Director of Carrier Relations, where they achieved success in generating $6 million in annual wholesale carrier revenue.

Avi began their career at KPMG as a Corporate Development Manager, and before that, they served in different roles within the 98th Airborne Division, including Staff Sergeant, Sergeant, Corporal, and Private.

Throughout their career, Avi has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business development expertise, and a track record of driving revenue growth in various industries.

Avi François Polak completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management & Marketing from Lev Academic Center, attending from 1998 to 2002. In 1997, they received a Squad Sergeant Certification from the IDF Combat NCO Academy. Additionally, they obtained a Platoon Sergeant Certification from the IDF Combat NCO Academy in 2001.
