Christopher Czajkowskyj, CPA, has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Christopher is currently employed as an Accounting Manager at IQHQ since March 2022. Previously, from April 2021 to March 2022, they held the position of Senior Accounting Manager at KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC. In this role, they managed the month-end close process, supervised a team of six, and implemented a process for cross-functional training.

Prior to that, Christopher worked at Westcore Properties for a significant period. From January 2015 to April 2021, they served as an Accounting Manager, where they managed the monthly accounting cycle for multiple commercial real estate portfolios and oversaw complex real estate transactions. From January 2014 to January 2015, they were promoted from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant, during which they created efficiencies, conducted cross-departmental training, and improved process adherence. From April 2013 to January 2014, they served as a Staff Accountant, handling full-cycle accounting and financial analysis for assigned properties.

Before joining Westcore Properties, Christopher worked at TD Ameritrade as a Cash Management professional from June 2011 to April 2013. In this role, they ensured accurate processing and recording of received checks while maintaining compliance with SEC regulations.

Christopher also gained early experience as an Intern at Jet Luxury Resorts from February 2011 to April 2011. In this role, they assisted the CFO in daily rate management, compiled reports, and performed various accounting tasks.
